Ambitions-Leave without pay

Not a big issue, But you have said that you need Ambitions to do the "Leave Without Pay" I do not have Ambitions, But I can still use this interaction.

I wonder if it was introduced in the patch that launched with Ambitions. I'm glad EA has given lots of new features to players who don't own all the expansions. Vanilla Sims 3 itself would be quite different than the product we started with two years ago. I'll correct it now
