I noticed that my butler is wearing a monocle most of the time. His name is Betram I think and he's from bridgeport. I don't think think this is a regular accessory, so does anyone know anyway to get it?

I've only seen it on butlers, too.  No idea if we can get it.

Maybe if you try the cheat UnlockOutfitsinCAS on/off it might be there.
I think that's what the cheat is called. Or something like that.
