Where do townies (homeless premade sims) spawn in Bridgeport?

I want to know where the townies spawn at the very beginning of the game, in particular Olive Kipling, or if there is a way to centre on her to find out where she spawns. I know she's in the game somewhere, because 'make me know everybody' adds her to the relationships panel. If I can use cheats to find out where she spawns, then start a game without cheating, I can find her straight away.

Edit: I dragged the relationship to max, invited her over, sent her home, and then stalked her all the way back to her apartment. It would be good to know if there is a way to centre in on a townie though, something similar to adding markers in Sims medieval. Just to clarify, I want her for her lvl 7 painting skill, not her boobs hehehe.

I think they appear in a random building. Some one correct me if I'm wrong.
I remember trying to find someone and bought all the clubs to find her...Hahaha!

Yes, if they're one of the various "service" npc's (bouncer/mixologist), they will move into a random NPC apartment somewhere in town.

They live in various high rises. In my sims highrise, she had four living on the same floor. You can go to the call box of the building to see who lives there.

Completely agree with this. My Sims are living in an apartment and they have four NPC neighbors - papergirl, mixologist, bouncer, paparazzi.

Pam had put up a video of NPC's pouring out of an apartment building, there had to be at least 6 or 7 if not more.  I tried it and between 8 and 10 am, they all started leaving for work.  Strangest thing I ever saw, but cool though. :)

Because my sim had maxed her charisma skill she made friends just riding the elevator with them and they often showed up to her parties.
