Where can I place the Film Career thing in SV?

I've looked everywhere in SV and there is only one 64x64 lot and that is the Science Facility, which I cannot remove. So my question is 
Where can I place the Film Career thing in SV?
Any answers will be greatly appreaciatted.

It's actually around 30 x 40 in size - at least, the Rabbit Hole is. Simply enter a lot that is larger than that, and place it. It can be found in Build Mode>Community Objects.

Hmm, in my game it says it's 64x64. I'll have to check that again.

The rabbit hole (the film building itself, not the lot) is around 30 x 40. The lot is 64 x 64.

If you don't want to add a 64x64 lot to your game, go to Edit Town and change an empty lot to a Film Studio.  Then enter that lot in build mode and place the rabbit hole building from the "Community Objects" menu.

I usually make the empty lot by the Landgrab and Alto mansions into a 64x64 lot with the world editor.  Sometimes when I'm moving a lot of buildings around I've also put the movie lot where the stadium sits.

If the Movie/Film Lot is too big,you can put the Film Rabbit Hole(which doesn't need a lot bigger than 40x40) on the end-road of Pinocle Point,where it fits well-(the empty 40x40 lot) . You can also edit the movie lot anyway you want.

That empty lot is one of the few in Sunset Valley that has the "Beautiful Vista" moodlet.  It's an awesome moodlet, since to get it all your sims have to do is be home.  I always build my sim's home there.

Removing the lot permanently removes the moodlet from that file.

That circle is one of my favorite places to relocate business lots. Since I can't stand Nick and Vita and I like to put them in the Mosquito Cove house and bulldoze their mansion. I give the Landgrabs a little nicer house because even though I don't like Nancy I don't mind the husband and kid.

You can delete central park if you want, then replace it with the studio.
