Change Lifetime wish LTR

I want to change this Sim's lifetime wish but I can't find this in the list of LTrewards .. I did it for her brother but can't do it for her.I have been trying since she was YA now she is Adult and I still don't find it in the rewards?

Do you have the filter set? Put it to "select filter" or "no filter" and scroll down to the rewards that cost 10,000 LTHP.
And why is this under Ambitions?

I don't know about that filter thing!
and this is because i'm playing the ambitions expansion and I thought it might differ from the regular Sims in that LTRewards thing !

Did she already complete her LTW? If so, the LTR is not available.

Yeah, once a lifetime wish has been completed, you cannot change it and the lifetime reward for that is no longer on the list for purchase.
