"A paltry aspect can cause unforeseen strife in "Kingdom""

I see this warning, along with a yellow diamond warning symbol, on several quest descriptions.  My aspects are all fully green but one, so I have no idea what they could be worried about!  What "Paltry Aspect" are they referring to?  What danger are they warning me about?  Should I avoid quests with this warning?  Seems a shame, as there is quite a few with the tag!

These quests appear when one aspect is much lower than the others (paltry) so that you can increase that aspect. There's no reason to avoid them; in fact, it's usually a good idea to take them. Play and enjoy!
