Curved Pool Tutorial?

Can someone do a tutorial on how to make a curved swimming pool?  I've fiddled with the new tools and understand the basics, but I can't seem to put together a nice pool.

I also have a problem with this.
But I do know that to turn them you press this < > and they turn, but I don't know how to make a nice pool.

Okey, I would be honored to help here. :)
If you have seen my pool, I managed to bring it to a nice shape. I found a Video tutorial that shows you how: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rrBw-jVvf-U

I'm putting up a tutorial right now, with a simple explanation of tool, and some nice shapes and how to use them.
