Too many Bills everyday.Is this a bug?

I receive too many Bills everyday, my Sim has to pay about 20,000 everyday!
This never happened before,it just started last night.

Are they all coming in the mailbox? Do you have money trees that aren't being watered? Because if you neglect money trees they start dropping bills.

OH ! yes exactly I have money trees and I stopped watering since my Gardner passed I thought they would just die and i will dispose them later!
