Business Partner as Ghost?

Has anyone else had a problem with ghosts not being able to buy partnerships?

I'm guessing it's a bug, as opposed to a feature, because she has a wish for the partnership.

This is a ghost that you brought back to life via the science facility?
I know only teens and older can buy properties but I'm not sure about ghosts.

another problem with that sim, her child didn't get an imaginary friend.  Can ghost kids not have imaginary friends? 

Her husband was able to purchase property, and she can collect from those properties, just can't become partner nor buy out the properties.

You should check which property your tying to buy, if they are not in your Sim's budget the option won't come up. As for the baby not getting an IF, well, that's random, they could get it or not get it.
