Can you get achievements on An Eternal Kingdom?

Forgive me if this seems like a repetitive question, but since i got finished all the ambitions at platinum, i know i could start a random one again to work on achievements, but could you work on achievements in "An Eternal Kingdom", or is that pretty much just like when you finish an ambition and you save it to continue on after claiming your ambition rewards and you do not get achievement rewards.
