I realy liked this house and its inside colours. A question... do I have to have the store requirement to play it? If so, how do I get it?

Nope. All you have to have is the base game, Ambitions EP, and Generations EP. There is no store content.

Ali, one of the rules for swapshop is to list requirements - you can see the last row of enscription what is used. And even if something you don't have is used, you can still download it and install it in game, and everything you don't have will be replaced with something you do have.
At the bottom of the first post there is a small font blue link just under the line with name of the file and number of downloads. You click there, chose save and download it on your PC.
