Creating a band with the Grim Reaper

I've read on SimWiki that you can have the Grim Reaper in your band and that this will make you be able to have a longer conversation with him at home.
Do you have more information about this?

It's probably like any other interactions with Grim.  You'd have to catch him right after a death and talk.  I've been able to get 2 or 3 interactions with him.  If one of them is to ask to join the band, then there you go.  After that, I don't know.  Maybe he will show up when you call to rehearse or something.

I have no idea. The most far I got was having a female sim of me woohooing with him, and having a romantic relationship, in where her dates with him always started with the 'exidental' death of a room mate. I wasn't aware of creating a band until I saw the option in simwiki.
