Building Tutorials List
« on: September 23, 2011, 05:17:18 AM »
So I saw that there are many talented builders in the forum, for those who would want to share their tips and tricks, on building, furnishing, getting floorplans...etc First I will start collecting the tutorials I can find here, followed by some very interesting ones I found on the official website,  I hope we can get some good info, to help carl on getting it in the building guide, my hope is to get as much info as possible in all areas, so if you know something, don't be frugal :)

Oh, and Building Tips?
I wrote this a while back, asking for tips.

Also, The Building Contest board. Although not choc-a-block with tips, it does have some great pictures and some advice on improving said pictures.

(N.B - Choc-a-block means full. I don't think it's a proper word, though I use it frequently, so it's become second nature to me. Like talking to my computer. :P)

You are welcome Kiko. There were several initiatives for something similar, so I didn't want this one to get lost too. You might want to change the title into something like "The list of building tutorials".

My small contribution to the list:
Building Appartments - Jonna made a nice tutorial in this tread

Modular stairs Solution added by myself ;)

You're welcome Jonna! It is a great tutorial, detailed and simple, so everyone can understand it, and it is inspiring, I had to try it as soon as I share it!
I haven't seen you around lately, glad that you're back:)

Lily I was looking for that tutorial too, but couldn't find it. It's great that this collecting of tutorials is going so good.

I know it's a shameless plug, but I'm kinda proud  ;D

Do you know of a tutorial that teaches you about spiral staircases? I can never get them to work right.
