How to Force Job Opportunities with a building that has multiple Careers?

I have noticed there is not an option for "Force Opportunities" on buildings that hold more than one career. (Example: one building that houses both career paths for Business and Journalism.) I see the option when the building houses only one career. Does anyone know of a way to Force Opportunities in this type of building?

I'm sorry, but from what I've heard, there is no way to force these opportunities.
