Cheats not working and guide for cheats not working

I'm slightly annoyed that the LTR cheat worked until I saved the game, then it didn't work again. When I checked the guide for cheats (to see if I did something wrong), I could not pull up the cheat list. Has the new format affected this?

I've never been able to get the LTR cheat to work.

And about the guide I think the code is messed up somewhere.

I am glad I saw this early. The cheats page has been fixed. That issue may have affected other pages, as well.

As for the LTHP cheat, that's an annoying problem you have there. All I can say is I always enter the code from the main menu before loading. Going back out and doing this won't bring them back for you?

For anyone who has trouble getting the LTHP cheat to work, know that it's to the right of the treasure chest. I usually hold control and click rapidly in a little circle around that area until I hit it.

Thanks Carl. But, as I remember it was clicking under the chest. I did that and was able to get 50,000 points. Then I had to save (stupid cat broke something) and couldn't do it again.

The cheat page works now, so thanks.

I had much trouble getting this cheat to work as well. But I did as Carl said and got it to work. I did the cheat while on the main menu screen and then when i went into my game I held control and randomly clicked until I found the sweet spot (so to speak) for me it was right between the treasure chest and the number of points. Maybe try just randomly clicking and see if it works for you then. But make sure you activate the cheat while in the main menu because that seems to be the only way to make it work. Good luck!

I did that and was able to get 50,000 points.

Is that a typo, or does clicking under the chest really give 50,000 points? If so, I'm now getting excited!

It doesn't give you that many points in one hit. You have to keep clicking as it goes up in increments (can't remember off hand what the increments are, but they are not huge)
When I have used that cheat in testing things, I've always found it can be a little tricky finding just where around the chest you have to click. Seems there is not a lot of area it recognizes.

 Yes! After opening the game and before playing you have to gets the points. I wanted it for the daughter I got from the Time Machine because she was 4 days away from becoming a teen with no skills or points. Poor thing was deprived while time traveling.

So I can say it definitely works and I clicked below the chest.
