What type of family do you think is easiest to play?

I think the easiest type to play is where there is between one to four sims, and one or two pets. Any higher than that and it is just mad chaos  :P how about y'all? What type of families do you prefer?

One sim is the easiest.
The more sims that have not completed their LTW yet the harder. For sims that have usually I just let them do whatever.

I'd say, 1 or 2 adults. If I have them get married, I send the kids off to boarding school. Don't have Pets yet, but when I get it, I'll stick to a horse and cat only.

I agree that fewer is easier.  It also depends on what they're doing.  A couple of Sims in rabbit-hole jobs are easy to look after because they're at work much of the day.  Self-employed Sims or those in the Ambitions professions need a lot more attention.
