Vampire powers gone?

I have Sims who are vampires but she can't do any of the powers. The powers are make the Sim think of you and stuff like that.

Nope well they do but I always get rid of the moodlet. They can hunt and turn others into vampires.

Exactly what powers are missing?  Are you sure you're in the right situation?  For example, to read the mind of another Sim, the right Sim has to be available.

I found out what I was doing wrong, the powers won't work on the people in your house, I hadn't played vampires in so long I had forgot that. Thanks for everyone's help lol  ;D

Edit: I did found out sometimes the powers don't work at times on Sims.
