House - Old farm 1br-1ba
« on: December 05, 2011, 07:32:33 AM »
Got the idea from someone in forum who needed tips for starting out with 1 sim and 1 horse.
Quickly made, comments/tips appreciated  !

Lot size : 30x30
Furnished   : 18,400
Unfurnished : 15,900
Requires expansion : Base, Gen(spiral stairs) and Pets. No store items
Description :
This old farm was left to decay and needed a very caring hand: Yet we, at Wicked Productions,
managed to fix her up abit.
And so we present you now, this nice, cosy AND cheap farm for 1 sim + horse.

(Probably most suited in Appaloosa Plains)

Thank you Agneza!

Like i wrote, it was really quick put together. Issue was to stay under 20.000, without looking bad  ::)

I think it's a great house for one sim & one horse! Each space is pretty much equal. Sometimes the pets stuff comes as an afterthought when I build houses, so the horse just gets a water trough or a hitching post. But you really built him a bonefide barn!

Very nice!  Always wish they'd put more truly affordable homes in the game to start with.  This is right up that alley.   :)

Did you just say you're not as good as me? It'd take me forever to make a barn like this. you did a great job!  ;)

Also, feel free to request a home by PMing me! Always happy to help.

Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P

LOL I have to agree with ZapKid.  I made a barn awhile ago.  It wound up costing 70,000 simoleans and there was nothing else on the lot.   :o

Zapkid > ive seen most of your houses, and was like " :o "

Trick with it all is to build as cheap as possible, then you have more money to decorate  ::)
Personally i use the free wallpaper, just recolouring it and Voila!  ;D

Grabs bucket of water, scrub brush, soap and rags.  Looks for paint cans and brushes..........

You wouldn't mind if we cleaned it up, now would you?  lol... This truly is perfect.  Poor ol' farm left to neglect.  Just some scrubbing and paint and it's good as new.
What?  Grannies can't play games?
I speak perfect Nooblik, (and some Simlish)!

lol Joria  ::)

Well once people downloads it, they can pretty much do whatever they want with it, just as long as they give me credit for the original house  ;D

How quaint! It's lovely.

I'm wanting to do a series of low cost houses too. I've done LOADS of very expensive houses (mostly on request from my facebook Page), but I really want to do some starter homes too. Your house is full of great ideas!

Wicked I'd like your permission to use this in Enchanted Havens, please.  Not sure I even want to "clean it up".  I think it would fit in really nicely with the way that world is coming along.
