House - Old farm 1br-1ba

Got the idea from someone in forum who needed tips for starting out with 1 sim and 1 horse.
Quickly made, comments/tips appreciated  !

Lot size : 30x30
Furnished   : 18,400
Unfurnished : 15,900
Requires expansion : Base, Gen(spiral stairs) and Pets. No store items
Description :
This old farm was left to decay and needed a very caring hand: Yet we, at Wicked Productions,
managed to fix her up abit.
And so we present you now, this nice,cosy AND cheap farm for 1 sim + horse.

(Probably most suited in Appaloosa Plains)

Like i wrote, it was really quick put together. Issue was to stay under 20.000, without looking bad  ::)

I think it's a great house for one sim & one horse! Each space is pretty much equal. Sometimes the pets stuff comes as an afterthought when I build houses, so the horse just gets a water trough or a hitching post. But you really built him a bonefide barn!

Very nice!  Always wish they'd put more truly affordable homes in the game to start with.  This is right up that alley.   :)

Well im very happy that my creation(s) do please some  :P

I can take requests as well, but im NOT as good as Thomas (samoht), Pam or Zapkid. (and the others)
Mostly starter houses or modifying premade ones :)

Hey guys I'm taking an extended hiatus... again. I'm out of ideas to build houses and I don't have as much fun designing homes like I used to; it feels more like a chore. So that's where I'll be, I will probably be back sometime. :P

LOL I have to agree with ZapKid.  I made a barn awhile ago.  It wound up costing 70,000 simoleans and there was nothing else on the lot.   :o

Trick with it all is to build as cheap as possible, then you have more money to decorate  ::)
Personally i use the free wallpaper, just recolouring it and Voila!  ;D

Very nice...  but floor is little too clean ha... ha. I suppouse you wash it for guests :D
