World Builder Not Working Since Pets

Has anyone had this problem and found a fix for it?

Ever since I updated to Pets, I have had NO luck with the World Builder.  I got the usual, please update World Builder, so uninstalled, and redownloaded, and reinstalled.  At first it was just not recognizing the .png map files.  I uninstalled, got busy for a few weeks, and just redownloaded again.  Now World Builder crashes before it even opens.  I have all updates current, and all expansions and stuff packs.

I've looked and searched online, but I'm not using the right keywords or something, because I've got nothing.  Any help at all would be appreciated!
