Can't check mail

I am new, but I have searched your site and others and can't find answer to this.  I have a mailbox, but when I click on it I just get the "no interaction" message.  Missed bills and the repo guys showed up.  Help!

Sometimes my sims' mail doesn't wind up in the box but rather on the ground nearby.  Could this have been the case?  I just try to remember and look every Monday and Thursday.  If it's not in the box (and if you haven't purchased the No Bills Ever LTR), the bills will be there somewhere.

Welcome to the forum! Try and switch active households and switch right back. If you don't want to loose their wishes move them to another house.  :)
