Apparent missing EP content when uploading a new sim/house

I was downloading Bubblegum Dreamweaver last night and it said that there was EP content with her that was missing from my game and was replaced with proxies. The thing is, I have all the EPs! The same happened when I tried to download Max Skills. Anyone know how to fix this?

I downloaded Max and got the same message. I think EP might also refer to SP's - Max and Bubblegum probably have SP content that we don't have (or didn't have, in my case) when downloading. Either that or Store Content.

Bubblegum probably has store content. I know Pam has a lot.

Do you have Fast Lane? I think Bubblegum has an Athletic Outfit from that.

No I don't have any SPs yet so that is  probably it. I'll be getting a bunch soon though so it will probably be fixed once those are installed.
