Ohhhhhhh, sorry, I think I misunderstood the question. Good call, Pam; I should read more closely. I googled this and loaded up my game just to see. The only solution I found is to play the home videos you've taken on a large television and use the in-game camera to video the video. If you get the angle right, you have a large enough TV and you put something non-distracting in the background (like color the wall the same as the TV?), I could see that potentially working. The example I found was very bad: the walls were down, so you could see past the TV to the outdoors, and sims were opening and closing doors all around like crazy. I would avoid those things. I haven't discovered any way of removing those home videos directly, however.
