Installing Union Cove

I'm unsure of how to install a world that hasn't come from The Exchange from The Sims 3 site. I would really like to download UC and play, so if anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Download the file - "UnionCove.Sims3Pack" and then move it into the folder calling "Download" inside "The Sims" folder. Open the launcher and you can find "Union Cove" in the "download" section.

Now I realize playing the Sims 3 on Mac is playing the game of installation and uninstallation...
