HELP! premade sims in worlds disappeared

Hey people
basically all the premade playable sims that came with bridgeport,sunset valley and appaloosa plains have just vanished not only in games already started but if you start a new game there are no sims in the neighbourhood. i check the world cache and for the other worlds it has files called riverview_sims and riverview_objects but none for the other worlds. I have tried uninstalling all the games and reinstalling but hasnt worked.
