Hi ,I'm really sorry but once again I'm stuck :-[ I have just decided to start having Nooboos in my game.I got a message to say a long lost friend had left a present in the mailbox How do I get the doll out of the mailbox?

Have a sim click on the mailbox and there should be an option for " Get mail." When they go and get it the doll(s) will go straight to the nooboo's inventory.
