Hiddens springs the I have already downloded and I have begin to play but quoting the information furnished by the Italian official site where I have dawnloded him:
1) I have not found the "Museum of the Magic and the Supernatural one"
2) I have not discovered "the dark mystery that is behind the ownerships rejuvenating miracolese of the waters" 3) who are the green simses

Most of the buildings are normal buildings like you would find anywhere.   However, the fountain of youth is something you have to actually place somewhere yourself.  it's under decor > statues and it's worth 495,000.  Go to Edit Town then just pick a park to place & put it down.

As for the green sims, there are only a handful.   Granny Shue is an elder green Sim.  Louis Sweete is an elder green Sim.  Emmaline Rhoen is 11 days from Elder.  Cassidy Earthsong is the green part of the Free Spirit household.  There is one green child - Star Shue.  The repairman and pizza guy are also green when you call them up.

Emmaline Rhoen also has maxed Cooking at the start of the game.  She makes good looking Kids actually. The Dark Mystery is more the storyline behind the World. Just like The Goths/Landgraabs feud with the new Altos moving in for Sunset Valley.
