Raising a child in Union Cove

ARe there any toddler books in the library? I can't seem to find them, if there are. This is important because my YA Sim flatly does not have the money to buy them.

Use edit town and put the cheapest bookshelf in the library. It has the toddler books. In Apaloosa plains you also have to place the bookshelf.
