Hello
I am having really bad issues with my game ill explain the best i can. I will be very happy if anyone can please help me to understand the problem
I have played about one full game so far i had no problems with that game, i just completed life time wish and wanted to start a new game and thats when the problem started. I exited to the menu and selected new game i made the family i wanted to use and moved them in to a house.
I went to build and buy mode to add in a few things the family needed but i then saw my inventory was half full orange bar but i had no items in the inventory or in storage.
I looked around for help on this issue and took the following steps:
1) reinstalled the game
2) Cleared the Cache
3) Cleared any saved data
4) restarted family
5) use reset sim function on mail box
I really want to play this game so any help or advice will be amazing
