How to stop snubbing between 2 twins?

I have triple twins and 2 of them started to snub. After the bad moodlet was gone but they didn't talk at all. They just keep snubbing each other everytime I ask them to chat. So I thought it would be finished next day. Next day, I tried to let them chat again and never stop snubbing. They were the best friends but now almost enemies.

How can I fix it? I tried resetsim, deleted the bad moodlets with ctrl key as well but they just keep being mean with no bad moodlet.  Please help me. I know the worst way is un-installing Generations but I don't want to.

When you try to get one to interact with the other does an option appear called 'Stop Snubbing' I don't remember where it is but it might be on the first wheel or it might be in the Mean Wheel Options. I don't quite remember. They should stop once they age up though, that could be a solution?

Oh I forgot to mention that I tried it ages ago. Sorry but it didn't work. ;( It looks like EA bug on it. Or should I go back to the backup saved file before starting that snub?

Because you got rid of the moodlet there is a good possibility the game doesn't realize they are still doing it.  It might be best to go back before the snub.
