Missing Graphics

Hi, all

Don't know if anyone else is having this issue, but I'm not seeing any special graphics with Showtime. For example, when the magician does the ball of flame, there are only hand gestures. And the special effects stage props don't seem to do anything - no fog, no bubbles, etc. I checked the graphics settings in the game and they are on default and I have a HD graphics card. Any suggestions or tips?
