Weird lipstick

I'm not sure which expansion this came from, or if it was from a patch, but in CAS I have strange lipstick options.  Two options are a smeared version and one is where just the center of their lips has lipstick on it.  Is this supposed to be like this or is my game messed up.  The three original options are there, but these are in addition to those.

Those have been in the game. There usually locked so you don't see them like some of the outfits.
I'm sure what unlocks the them tho. Maybe trips through the time machine. It unlocks some of the outfits.
But you can see all the lock items if you open the cheat window and put in unlockoutfits on.

I'm guessing this came with the Showtime patch..then again the smeared lipstick was introduced with AMB.

The smeared lipstick, and the center one are both from Ambitions, chance are you have bad mascara as well (running down their face etc).  Its from a "Bad Makeover" option.   If you have unlocked all outfits/makeup/hair from Ambitions there are actually some really funny hairstyles like the center of the hair shaved and everything else long and shaggy, the runny mascara or raccoon eyes, and the  smudgy lipstick.

Oh!  Not sure what I did to unlock it but cool.  I guess that explains the strange hairdos available now too.  Kind of nice to have them unlocked---can use them if I make a insane Sim.  Would look awesome!

It comes from ambitions. It has funny hairdos as well.
