Can't Found any Photos in Camera

Once my sims used the camera to take some photos. Nothing is found inside the camera and the topic is included in the skill journal.
I let other sims in the same save to take photo with the same camera. There is no more problem.
I tried to buy another camera and no help.

P.S. I have all expansion and stuff packs with no mod.

Now I realize playing the Sims 3 on Mac is playing the game of installation and uninstallation...

Are you saying that when other Sims tried to take the photos from the camera, they were able to do it?

No, I meant one of my sims can take photo as normal but the photo can't be found in the camera.
