Can we talk about third party CC or not?

A lot of people have mentioned lately that they were looking for homeless/living in poverty items for their sims, and I know of a good source, but I wasn't sure if I could post it.

No, you still can't post links or talk about Third Part Custom Content. Only Mods are allowed to be discussed on the forums.
