Changing the game language

Hi, I'm from Turkey and a friend of mine wants to buy The Sims 3. I already have it and I know English well enough to play the game but she doesn't. Is there a way to change the language to Turkish?

When you install the game you should get a choice of languages. I bought my game in France; but, installed it in English.
