Looking for flame fruit and life fruit. Where are the seeds?

Where do I have my sim look to find life and flame fruit seeds? Is there a way to make flame fruit?

Special seeds are the ones that can become life fruit or flame fruit.  In Bridgeport, I usually find them near the graveyard and near the butterfly pavilion.   If they glow red, they are plasma fruit but I would still pick them up so there is a chance another one will spawn there soon that is what you want.
