Chapter Twenty-Six: In Which Genie & I 'Grow Up'

Hi~

Dad's not ready for me to grow up yet; he hugs me tight and calls me his little princess.

He felt nostalgic so we watched kid’s shows from his childhood. I wish I could have an Imaginary Friend and play tag, or have water fights and visit foreign lands instead of camping at Granite Falls.

Mal complained about the Brats getting birthday cake and a party, nevertheless he cheered along with everyone else. Genie had to go first.

Please don't let me be ugly, please don't let me be ugly. Why is everyone pulling that face like there's a bad smell around here?

Now that's better and I'm sure you've figured out what I'm going to say? Hotter than Holly G. Some phrases never go out of fashion.

I had a Euronka moment during homework. I knew exactly what my bakery was going to look, smell and taste like. Just have to get the ideas written down and someone to arrange for it to be built. And learn to cook. So many things to do, so little time to do it.

Mum returned from space and gave me a quick hug. She didn't say anything about my hair colour, not that she wouldn't approve, being an awesome Mum. I bet she warned Dad about it 'cause he soon came knocking on my door.

How pathetic is that... I'm dreading the death of your sims! The teens are so gorgeous but jeez those birthday outfits are just hilarious... poor Genie and his hat! lol I'm with him... I always chant that when my sims are aging up... omg please don't let them be ugly!

@KRae I got lucky this time, usually Johnny's genes are so strong. Sometimes I see all Kessy or all Johnny in her.

@oshizu Ha ha, I modelled the room on what she wears and well the pastel princess wants everything to be all matchy-matchy. No idea, I looked around for smelly sims, dirty plates etc and nothing. Do certain outfits give off emotions?

@hazysmith Yeah, I really want locked doors though, people keep using her bedroom because it's on the ground floor and easy to access.

@Playalot He is such a sweetie, I honestly hated it when he passed because... spoilers xD Poor Genie, you won't get to see his makeover for two chapters, I think.

Thought I'd share some behind the scenes shots and other stuff that didn't make it into the story.

I need to learn to stop inviting a hundred people to the dreaded Weenie Roast. No one would move out of the way and it took forever to get each requirement done x.x

Johnny wasn't going to be the spouse but Mitchell wasn't interested in flirting, lol.

Oh, now Mitchell's all flirty for some reason, what's he up to?

No, don't you dare join their conversation while Johnny's proposing. And he was about to flirt with Kessy >.> I'm sorry but I had to put a stop to that and get him painting.
