Other NPC sims will bring up the choose destination

The choose destination screen (town map) will pop up randomly when I had nothing to do with it. I think it is the NPCs. It is not anyone in my household. It is aggravating. Help would be appreciated.

This sounds like it may be a glitch in your game.

Try resetting your Sims/household.
