Can't update the game to the next patch level

It just says there is an error, is there a super patcher solution like for The Sims 3? The update gets stuck at verifying game files.
Edit: It says Error: 19613:200

There's been reports of problems with the new Origin client. It's best to uninstall/reinstall Origin and try updating the game again.

No, there isn't a superpatcher file. Origin and newer Origin games don't work that way. Games are automatically updated via the Origin client.

I do so and it still failed, bad news about the super patcher. Maybe when I buy City Living it will update with no problems, I hope so at least. So there is no other way at all?

Not that I know of. Most current Origin games usually get patches through the Origin client. Downloading and installing City Living won't help. As it's separate from the actual game patch.

If you haven't already, try these tips:

1. Run Origin as Admistrator - Right-click Origin and select Run as Administor
2. Right-click Sims 4 and select Repair Game
3. Run a Clean Boot - This will help with stopping any other programs from interfering.

4. Ensure that Antivirus or security software is not blocking the launch of the game.

5. Check that you do not have any programs running that my cause conflict with Origin.
