[BUG] Sims taking a bath/shower clothed? - Mod Related

My sims always change clothes when taking bath or shower and then shower or bathe? how come?    i mean not even in bathing suits, just plain clothes and ones i haven't chosen for them.  any ideas? thanks

This is a known bug caused by outdated mods/cc.

Move your Mods folder to the desktop and try the game again. Outdated mods/cc can cause issues with games and make the game not work correctly.
