Items disappearing when placed? (Mod/CC Related)

This doesn't happen with all of them, but often when I place an item in build/buy, the item at some point vanishes in live mode. Is anyone else having this problem, and is there any known cause?

I do play with a few mods and CC.

This is most likely due to outdated mods and/or cc that needs to be fixed by their creator (s).

Move the mods folder to desktop (for testing purposes) - This is to fully make sure it's not outdated mods/cc or some hidden files in the Mods folder. - Read more in the post linked below:
