Help with getting sims 3 recognize graphics card

Hello

I have tried following the instruccions to this post http://www.carls-sims-4-guide.com/forum/index.php?topic=26753.0
But I'm stuck in the second step editing the GraphicRules file. My graphics card is Radeon RX 460, but I can't find anything related to it in the GraphicRules file so I have no idea what to edit or where.

To help with this we need the information below from your DeviceConfig.log file

Name:
Device:
Texture Memory:

With that we can help edit the GraphicsRules.sgr file.
