My Origin account has been hacked!!!

I can't understand why, I saw an email that said i reset my email to [email protected], I've never heard of or used this email ever. I can't play The Sims 3 or 4 without signing into Origin now. Please help me.

You may need to contact EA customer service. As we can't help with account issues.

However, here are a couple of tips that might help.

1. Reset your password
Use the link below to reset your Origin password.
https://signin.ea.com/p/web/resetPassword

If the above doesn't help, try tip #2.

2. It is suggested to create a temporary account to contact customer service with. They can help you with your account issues easier that way. You may need away to verify both your new and old accounts.

I fixed it, never expected to be hacked, but I'm able to go on my account now. I'm so happy I could cry, lol.
