Places a Sim Gives Birth

Hi again, why is it that in spite of the fact that there is plenty of room to give birth where she is at and plenty of room to put the baby/babies down on the floor, the sim will go all the way up the ladder/stairs and go outside and to the farthest corner of the lot just to give birth and then put the baby/babies down outside in the snow? This just seems way over the top to me.

It's like for example, a Sim is sitting in the dining room eating dinner, and the kitchen sink is only a few feet away, but they choose to go to the bathroom, that's farther away to clean their plate.

They want to show the nooboos that Winter is coming.

Also, when my sims use their all in one bathroom they use it, then go into a corner of the bigger room, even though the door out of the bigger room is right next to the all in one bathroom.

It's like go figure!!! The ai will choose the farthest point on the lot to direct them!
