Is something wrong with the official site?

Does anyone know what is going on with the official Sims 3 site? I have not been able to view it for days! I always get the Ops page. Is this happening to anyone else? I just read about some items at the store that I wanted to look up there and I can't.

This happens now and again for me.  Usually, I have to switch browsers for a few days. Or possibly clear out all your caches for whichever browser you are using.

I only have Safari on my computer so I can't switch browsers! I have had this happen every now and then but not lasting for days? It's says "Oops! We are unable to process your request."

You can download Google Chrome here for free. I'm using chrome and it does just fine  :)

Google Chrome or Firefox are both free to download.  My mac and Google chrome have fights some days but Firefox always seems to work for me.  Plus I find both of these programs much easier to navigate than Safari and I grew up on Safari!

I had to download Firefox just to use the Sims 3 site, Safari wasn't working for me at all after awhile. I haven't had problems since, and I rarely use Safari now in general.

Thanks I guess that is what I need to do then. Oddly enough I can view it from my phone but that will not help me when I want to buy!

Well actually I will sometimes buy stuff from my phone if it's a daily deal or free for a time because then its in my purchase history and I ca n just download it when I get on my computer. That way I don't miss the deals ;)

Yeah I know I can still buy from my phone as I have done that before as well but I will not be able to download it into my game if I can't get the site to work. The site was not working for several days and I didn't see anything about it being down to I figured it was something on my end but had no idea what. I just ended up download Google Chrome so it is working now. I just switched from Safari to Google Chrome!
