TAG LINE
Big Grey Rock was just not catchy so the City Council settled on Myst, coined from the thick fog that covers the city sometimes. Fog City was taken.

I'm guessing this is the world in the picture header for your CAW blog? It looks fantastic! I really love the beach shacks, different elevations and the bridge between the two areas.  :)

Yes, it is the same world. I had to make sure I finished it. It would be odd to write a how-to tutorial without a finished exampled to share with my readers. Thank you, I'm really pleased with how it all came together too. :D

Oh wow, this looks fantastic! I'm downloading it at the moment and will try it later this day. From what I can see on pictures it is stunning! Very detailed  sculpting, great areas and interesting features, and I love those sunflowers. I can't wait to play with it :D Thank you for sharing!

EDIT:
I tried it and I love it! Sculpting is awesome, I love how you made the rocky edges of the world! It loads fast and is easy to navigate. I've check some Sims and wow there is Clark and Luise Kent and Marcus Twain, and some other familiar faces too  ;)
I love the nectary, and parks are awesome,  residential lots are really beautiful, interesting and I like the surprises you trow there! I haven't played much yet, but I love what you did.

I did find few minor things to fix, so if you want, I'll sent you a PM with them.

What a nice world! I had a bit of problem with download though as 4shared wouldn't let me download unless I joined their program.

Well, I know it isn't very convenient, but I can make 2 suggestions.

1. You could do a quick registration, download the files, then unregister; OR

2. You could register, get the files, and stay registered, which is ok, since alot of simmers use 4share to backup their stuff, so your registration won't be in vain.

Thanks, Krrank. I registered and downloaded. I'm playing the Coates family. I tend to play generational games so it will be interesting to see what happens :)

I'm on generation 12 in my Every Lifetime Wish in my Wyndham family game. And on I've made it through 8 wishes. I doubt I'll make it through every wish though. That's a LOT of wishes! I do roll for the random wishes for each heir.

HI DeLouche, This is actually the second time someone has brought up the game Myst. Well it is just a happy coincidence though. This world has nothing to do with the game. I actually had to look up the game and I recall seeing it in a PC gamer magazine years ago. Just the same, I hope you find this world fun to play. :)

Really? I totally thought you based the layout of the city on Myst, I didn't even question it - it's been a very long time since I've played it, but it does look strikingly similar from what I remember. Either way, very nice job. :)

So here is a picture of myst -  Myst pc game. I don't think it looks much like it :o.  Just that it's also an island. Oh well... doesn't really matter though.
