How to create forum icon?

Hello!

I am relatively new to the forums and would like to make an icon picture to go underneath my name on my forum posts. I noticed in the Gallery there was an box to check "make my icon". I clicked on the box and applied changes, but it does not seem to be working. Can anyone give me directions for making an icon for the forum?

If you have a particular picture that you want to use and it's in your gallery then it's actually really simple.  First thing to do is to Copy the picture address like you would if you were posting the picture into your dynasty.   Then go into Profile > Forum Profile from the top of the board next to My Messages.  What you want to do is choose the option "Specify avatar by URL" and then paste the image address into the field on the right.  Hit Save at the bottom and it should be right under your name like Artie is for me.
