Uncontrollable sim

I have a house full (8 sims) but 1 of them has got something stuck to her hand, it is there all the time & I can't control her, I tell her to do something but it just removes itself & she does something else.
Please help, if you can  :)

Have you tried resetting your Sim?
( To reset your Sim, open the cheat console by holding Shift and Ctrl and pressing C, then type in "resetsim Firstname Lastname" without the quotes and put your Sim's name in. It's case sensitive. )
