No more "no more bills"

I seem to be missing the "no more bills" lifetime wish option.  Is this something other people have run into?  And how do I fix it, if so?

I believe this Lifetime Reward was introduced with World Adventures.  Have you removed that expansion?

Apparently I forgot to put in WA.  So now off to uninstall my games, reinstall ... and start over again.  Unless I can just install WA at this late venture and it'd be okay?

Um, I think you can.  I was just looking and it doesn't seem like you have to install them in any order anymore.

Yes, you need WA to get that reward.

It sounds like a very good LW; i assume it removes all household bills.

As long as the sim with the LTW reward is in the household, the lot receives no bills.
