Sims 4 shutting down upon trying to transfer sims to a new household

My game shuts down anytime I try to transfer a few sims into a new household, it was like I just pressed the exit button. I have tried moving them all into a different house but no success with transferring a few sims still. I transferred other sims into other houses with no issue. im thinking my saved game is corrupt somehow, I have no issue playing them or just moving the whole household but if I want to move a few or one it closes.

Has anyone else had this issue?

That maybe the case. Do you perhaps have previous game saved backed up that you could use?

I haven't heard of this problem happening before and tried to search on it. I wasn't able to find anything on it at this time. However I did find a link that may have some helpful information. (Link below)
