Plumbob Emotion Lamps?

Okay, so I know there's plumbob emotional lamps on the Sims 3 with various expansion packs, and you can use it them on Sims 4. However, I only have Sims 4. I've never played any of the other ones. I've only watched this YouTuber "AviatorGamez," and he has all the expansion packs for Sims 3.
My question is; can you get the plumbob emotional lamps somehow in Sims 4, without the expansions from Sims 3?

As far as I am aware, no.  I am not 100% sure, but I don't believe that even if you were to download a house from the gallery with them in it, they would be there for you because you have to have the lamps since they are a special item.

Shewolf13 is right. The lamps are a special item that people got for having registered their Sims 3 game and expansions. They are like any content, in thhat, if you don't own them, they will not be transfered with lots shared on the gallery.
